AiVenture S.R.L. operates under the commercial brand 5thElement.ai.

• Cannot substitute for a formal compliance audit or Notified Body conformity assessment
• May produce false positives or false negatives due to heuristic pattern matching
• Is provided "AS-IS" without warranty

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by AiVenture S.R.L. or licensed to it. All rights reserved. You may quote short excerpts for editorial purposes with attribution. You may not scrape the Site to train AI models without prior written consent, republish full articles, or represent our content as your own.
